The 2020 Cello Red Wine blend consists of 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 36% Tempranillo, 9% Tannat and fermented in 40% new American oak.  The aromatics include cedar, tobacco and hints of vanilla and dark cocoa.  This robust deep ruby blend has full bodied flavors of cherry compote, black currants, and anise.
