Terms of Agreement
- I authorize Allegretto Wines to charge my credit card on file for my four, six or twelve bottle allocation, plus sales tax, CA CRV and shipping
- I certify that I am a t least 21 years of age and acknowledge that someone that is 21 years of age must receive and sign for my wine allocation shipment
- I understand that if I fail to make any customizations to my wine allocation during the designated window, that I will be charged for the default selection of wines
- I understand that pick-up allocations will be shipped to my address on file after 4 5 days, and that the shipping charges will be posted to my credit card on file
- I acknowledge that I am responsible for all costs incurred if my wine allocation is returned to Allegretto Wines, including re-shipping charges
- I understand that I am committing to receiving a minimum of two wine club allocations before cancelling my wine club membership in order to receive the member benefits and discounts. All cancellations must be received two weeks prior to the next allocation charge date
- I understand that I can be charged for any benefits or discount savings should I cancel prior to receiving the two allocation minimum
- I understand that I must request to cancel my wine club membership in writing by emailing Allegretto Wines
