Estate grown white wine blend of 66% Viognier & 34% Vermentino. With floral earthiness of jasmine, soft honeysuckle, white peach and honey on the nose. Flavors of pPear tartlet and apricot compote, and hints of citrus, kiwi, and clove essence. A dry finish with a kiss of salinity.
Pairs beautifully with spicy shrimp with garlic butter, or curried chicken kebabs. Limited production and a Club Member favorite.
